Zelienople, PA. – James Stanley Fisher, 87, of Zelienople, previously of Howland Township, passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Passavant Retirement Community in Zelienople, PA.
He was born June 21, 1930, in Niles, Ohio the son of the late Stanley and Jane Fisher.
He was a 1948 graduate of Niles McKinley High School. He retired from Packard Electric as an industrial engineer after ten years, and previously worked at Republic Steel for 30 years. He was a lifetime member of Howland Community Church.
James served our country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He is survived by his twin sons James Fisher of Bonita Springs, Fl, and Timothy Fisher of Scottsdale, AZ, a daughter Lisa (Chris) Marucci of Cranberry Twp., PA, three grandchildren Samuel, Alex, and Taylor Henson, a sister Lois Billion of Warren, and nephews Ed and David Billion.
He is preceded in death by his wife Patricia A. Fisher whom he married September 26, 1953 and passed away January 6, 2016.
Family and friends may call Saturday from 11:00 to 12:00 noon at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel 1884 North Rd. NE, Warren, Ohio 44483.
A service will be Saturday at 12:00 noon at the Funeral Home with Rev. Erica L. Brown officiating.

Burial will be in Howland Twp. Cemetery.
