Our life would have been so different if Tom had not come into it. With his dry wit and generous nature, he altered the trajectory of our future significantly, and by extension, the futures of everyone we've known since. When we had our last encounter at Giant Eagle, he gave a warm hug that reaffirmed the friendship. Knowing him, learning so much from him, his self-effacing kindness, perseverance through difficulties, unique humor set a valued example for us both. He holds a place in our hearts.

Tom was by far one of my favorite bosses. He, Mary and his family treated me like family. Thank you for the wonderful, joy filled memories. Rest in peace. God bless you all.
