Elizabeth "Lisa" Yannucci

Warren – Elizabeth “Lisa” Yannucci, 93, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Gillette Nursing Home.

            She was born September 13, 1924, in Bari, Italy, the daughter of the late Paolo and Leonarda Abbrescia.

            She came to the USA in May of 1946 to Warren. She had previously worked at Jennie Shop, and Rappholds in the bookkeeping department. She was a member of St. Mary’s Church in Warren and a volunteer at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed crocheting and traveling.

            She is survived by her two sons Paul A. (Arlene) Yannucci of Warren, Eugene “Gene” Yannucci of Warren, six grandchildren Denise, Angelina, Anthony Yannucci and Gina (Drew) Bailey, Michael (Christine) Yannucci and Melissa (Michael) Thomas twelve great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, and a sister Carmela Galleri of Milano, Italy.

            She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Raymond A. Yannucci whom she married July 9, 1945 and passed away December 31, 1997, a brother Manuele Abbrescia and a sister Maria Abbrescia.

            Family and friends may call Tuesday, June 26, 2018 from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church 301 High St. NE, Warren, Ohio 44481.

            A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at the Church with Rev. Christopher Henyk officiating.

            Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Bazetta.

            In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Lisa’s name to the St. Mary’s Church Restoration Fund, 232 Seneca Ave. NE, Warren, Ohio 44481.
