Warren – Elmira “Aimee” Ludwick, 89, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at Shepherd of the Valley in Howland.
She was born April 9, 1929, in Warren, Ohio, the daughter of the late Sabatino “Sam” and Lucia “Lucy: Stefano
She was a 1947 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and a graduate of the Warren Business School with a associates Degree in Business. She retired from Clyde Cole Cadillac on E Market St. in Downtown Warren as a bookkeeper after 22 years. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish (St James Church in Warren) and also belonged to the Sunny Monday Card Club. Elmira enjoyed line dancing, gardening, cooking, baking and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children Samuel (Connie) Ludwick of Howland and Michael (Tami) Ludwick of Parma Hts, a sister Jennie P. Ward of Howland, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Albert M. Ludwick whom she married April 18, 1953 and passed away January 27, 1980, a sister Adeline Cardarelli and two brother-in-law’s William Ward and Rock Cardarelli.
Family and friends may call Monday, May 21, 2018 from 5:00 to 7;00 p.m. and Tuesday, May 22, 2018 from 9:00 to 9;30 a.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel, 1884 North Rd. NE, Warren, Ohio 44483.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish (St. James Church) with Rev. Craig A. McHenry officiating.
Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery
