Cortland – Mary A. Stuber, 100, passed away Friday, April 27, 2018 at Worthington Christian Village in Columbus, Ohio.
She was born November 11, 1917, in Warren, Ohio the daughter of the late Samuel & Gilda Spado.
She moved to Cortland in 1989 from Florida where she lived since 1973. She retired in 1974 from Packard Electric in the quality control department as an inspector for 30 years. She loved to cook and bake for her family. She enjoyed sewing, golfing and bowling.
She is survived by her two children Joseph A. (Carol) Stuber III of Cortland, and Carol Fitzpatrick of Groveland, FL, four grandchildren Colleen DiVito, Todd (Donna) Stuber, Monique (Tom) Cavalcante, Allyson (David) Dusza, fourteen great grandchildren, O’Ryan, Alexandria, Olivia, Mallory, Sydney, Abbey, Jordan, Chase, Anthony, Dominic, Gregory, Isabella, Sophia and Niccolus,
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Joseph A. Stuber Jr, whom she married August 25, 1936 and passed away January 4, 1989, a grandson Gregory Stuber, son-in-law Kevin Fitzpatrick, a sister Connie Schell, and a brother Leonard Spado.
Private calling hours and service will be held.
