Warren - Steve J. Aivazis, 60, passed away unexpectedly in his home. He was born July 16,1957 in Warren Ohio.
As a life long resident of Warren Ohio, Steve graduated from Warren G. Harding and from Youngstown State University where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Accounting. He worked for many years as an accountant and was most recently employed by Delphi. Steve loved his family and their rich Greek heritage, traveling, his church, and was an avid sports fan. But more than anything Steve’s passion was music. It was such a huge part of his life. For over forty years Steve was a Professional Drummer, he played and sang with Greek bands all over the country. He was a phenomenal musician and enjoyed entertaining people. Music and playing defined who he was and how he will be remembered.
Left to cherish his memories is his beloved family. He is survived by his wife of 26 years Patricia “Tish” Aivazis, and three children; his son Jonathan (Sarah) Aivazis of Nashville; two daughters Kristina (Justin) Bendel of Pittsburgh, Stacie Liadis of Warren; three grandchildren Molly, Abby, Elias, and his puppy Hoppy.
