Teresa M. Tedesco

Cortland – Teresa M. Tedesco, 92, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018 at the Hospice House in Poland.

            She was born March 20, 1926, in Pittsburgh, PA, the daughter of the late Massimino and Rosalinda Martinelli.

            She was a graduate of Turtle Creek High School in Pennsylvania. Teresa came to Warren in 2004 from Monroeville PA.   She retired as medical assistant for Physicians after five years. Teresa was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church in Warren. She enjoyed crocheting, singing, arts and crafts, cooking, and baking.

            She is survived by her two children Terry (Frank) Supancic of Warren, and Retired Colonel Joseph M. (Marla) Tedesco Jr. of Loudon, TN, two grandchildren Jennifer (Andrew) Cissell of Cincinnati, and Kelly (James) Simon of Detroit, five great grandchildren Andrew, Grace, Evan, Audrey and Josie.

            She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Joseph M. Tedesco Sr., whom she married May 18, 1946, and passed away April 17, 1996, and a sister Lucia Mediate.

            Family and friends may call Friday, June 29, 2018 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church 3020 Reeves rd. NE, Warren, Ohio 44483.

            A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church with Rev. Thomas Eisweirth officiating.

            Burial will be in Good Shepherd Cemetery in Pennsylvania.
