WARREN - Amelia "Millie" V. Graham went peacefully into heaven Wednesday, March 23, 2011, with her loving family at her side.

A lifelong resident of Warren, Millie was born Jan. 28, 1928, in the family home, the daughter of the late Nicholas and Anna Isarie Achim.

Millie was a homemaker who enjoyed life, and especially her family. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She loved bowling, playing cards, traveling and all flowers, which brightened her life.

Memories of Millie will be cherished by her family and everyone whose life she touched. She leaves behind her children, Barbara and her husband, Craig Hendrickson, of Cortland, Cheryl and her husband, David DiGiacobbe, of Cortland, Bill and his wife, Debbie Graham, of Kinsman and Michael and his wife, Christy Graham, of Cortland. She also leaves behind six grandchildren, Kimberly and her husband, Ken Cash, of Warren, Kirk and his wife, Susie Hendrickson, of Atlanta, Tony and his wife, Casey Graham, of Sarasota, Fla., Denise Graham of Kinsman, Christopher Graham of Columbus and Melissa and her husband, Mitch Wise, of Seattle, Wash.; five great-grandchildren, Matthew and Daniel Cash, Ethan and Ellie Hendrickson and Lillie Graham; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Millie was preceded in death by her parents; her former husband, Bill; three brothers, George, Dan and Ralph Achim; and two sisters, Anne Strineka and Mary Opritza.

Family and friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Resurrection Romanian Orthodox Church.
