Bazetta - Amy L. Prox, 30, passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at St. Joseph Health Center ICU. Amy was born August 7, 1983 in Warren, Ohio the Daughter of Larry M. and Nancy J. Prox. She was a graduate of Lakeview High School and had attended Ohio State University and Youngstown State University. Amy was a member of St. Roberts Bellarmine Church. She is survived by her parents of Bazetta, daughter Riley Lynn Prox at home, paternal grandmother Margaret M. Prox of Warren, three sisters Diane (Patrick) Wells of Delaware, OH, Lisa (Michael) Mangino of Dublin, OH and Kelly Prox of Cortland, and a brother Brent Prox of Cortland. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather and maternal grandparents. Amy gave the gift of life through her organ donation. Family and friends may call Thursday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren. Service will be Thursday at 11:30 a.m. at the Funeral Home with Rev.
