Niles – Angeline L. "Angie" Abruzzo, 92, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Gillette Nursing Home.

She was Born April 30, 1925, in Warren, Ohio the daughter of the late Gioacchino and Lucy Rapone.

She retired from Daffins Candies on Youngstown Rd. as a sales clerk for 30 years.

Angie was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish (St.  James Church) and the Altar and Rosary Society, Warren Scope and the Warren Italian Festival Committee. She enjoyed traveling, playing cards and cooking.

She is survived by her two sons Cloyd Abruzzo of Howland and Arthur "Art" (Veronica) Abruzzo of Farmington Hills, MI, seven grandchildren Kim (Seth) Angell, Kelly (Jeremy) Knox, Mark (Hali) Abruzzo, Rachel, Joshua and Jacob Abruzzo, and Alyssa (Chris) Richmond, and seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Cloyd A. Abruzzo who she married November 17, 1947, and passed away December 28, 1984, a brother Angelo Rapone Sr. and two sisters Emma Parker, and Frances Duck.

A private service will be Tuesday at the Funeral Home with Rev. Craig A. McHenry officiating.
