Anna Popp, 88, of Warren, passed away on Wednesday evening in Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren.

Anna was born on August 7, 1925 in Sagamore, PA, the daughter of the late John and Anna Kvasnak.

She was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church in Warren.

Anna was married on September 27, 1952 to Stephen Popp and they were married for 33 years until his passing on January 2, 1986.

Anna leaves her loving family, a son Michael S. (Barbara) Popp of Ferndale, Michigan, a daughter Marina (David) Starr of Warren and three grandchildren, Sarah of Madison Heights, MI, James of Chicago, IL and Travis of Warren.

Besides her parents and husband, Steve, Anna was preceded in death by four brothers, Alex, Mike, George and Nick Kvasnak; sister, Mary Kvasnak and three half-brothers, John, George and Steve Poper.

Calling hours will take place on Sunday, March 9, 2014 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home where a Panachida Service will be recited at 6:50PM.

A Funeral Service will take place on Monday, March 10, 2014 at 9:30a.m. with the V. Rev Andrew Deskevich officiating at Sts. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, preceded by closing prayers to be recited at 8:50 a.m. at the funeral home before processing to church.

Burial will follow in All Souls Cemetery in Cortland.
