WARREN - Anne E. Spirko, 91, passed away Monday, Jan. 10, 2011, at Gillette Nursing Home.

Anne was born Oct. 22, 1919, in Republic, Pa., the daughter of Adam and Mary Stefancin Spirko.

Anne retired from Packard Electric Co., where she had worked 32 years. She was a member of SS. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church. Anne enjoyed listening to polka music.

Anne is survived by her brother, Joseph J. (Rose) Spirko of Warren; a niece, Debbie A. (David) Roden of Warren; a nephew, John J. Spirko of Warren; and several other nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Anne was preceded in death by a brother, Andrew Spirko; and two sisters, Margaret Shuttic and Dorothy Gmutza.

Calling hours will be 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Friday at SS. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church, preceded by a 9:30 a.m. prayer service at the funeral home.

Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery.
