Warren – Barbara C. Bailey, 74, passed away Thursday, March 23, 2017 at St. Joseph Health Center.

She was born April 20, 1942, in Warren, Ohio the daughter of the late Vincent and Mary Carbone.

She was a 1960 graduate of Howland High School and had attended Youngstown State University for two years. She retired in 1995 from Packard Electric as an inspector after 30 years.  Barbara was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish and was a devoted catholic. She enjoyed cooking and baking.

She is survived by her husband Donald L. Bailey Sr. whom she married November 16, 1963, a son Donald L. Bailey Jr. of Howland, a brother Steve (Mary) Carbone of Cortland, a sister-in-law Darla Carbone of Howland, nieces and nephews Debbie (Mike) Simms, Cindy (Jeff) Niemi, Jeff (Julie) Carbone, Doug (Wendy) Carbone, Kim (Chip) Trimbur and Greg (Katie) Carbone, and fourteen great nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother Vincent Carbone.

Family and friends may call Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel 1884 North Rd. NE Warren, Ohio 44483 and Thursday from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. at  St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish (St. James Church) 2532 Burton St. SE, Warren, Ohio.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish (St. James Church) 2532 Burton St. SE, Warren, Ohio with Rev. Craig McHenry officiating.

Burial will be in all Souls Cemetery in Bazetta.
