Niles - Betty Hill, 76, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. She was born March 19, 1938 in Auburn, NY, the daughter of Louis and Anna Chatelle. Betty moved to Warren in 1956. She retired from Abruzzi Cafe 422 as a mixologist and cashier after 30 years. She enjoyed her family and grandchildren. She is survived by her children Larry "Bud" (Mary Lou) Hughes of Girard, Ron (Barbara) Hughes of Howland, step sons Robert (Jenny) Hill of Michigan and Paul (Janet) Hill of California, step daughter-in-law Mary Lou Hill of McDonald, five grandchildren Amanda, Larry, Ronnie (Larissa), Brenna, and Jessica Hughes, and a brother Louis (Mary) Chatelle of San Diego, CA. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Paul Hill, son Richard "Rick" Hughes, step son Jim Hill, granddaughter Angel Hughes a brother Robert Chatelle, and three sisters Anna Marie, Kay and Lynn. Family and friends may call Thursday from 5:00 to 7:p.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren. Service will be Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home with Pastor Rob Bateman officiating. Burial w ill be in Oakwood Cemetery in Warren.
