Warren - Carmella Willoughby, 80, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2016 at St. Joseph Health Center. She was born February 27, 1936, in Camden, NJ, the daughter of the late James and Josephine Franchetti. She was of the Catholic Faith. Carmella enjoyed bingo, traveling especially to Atlantic City casinos, and visiting her nieces and nephews in New Jersey. She is survived by her son David C. (Becky) Willoughby of Howland, three grandchildren Aeriel, Alexis and Austin, two brothers James (Margie) Franchetti of Stratford, NJ, and Andrew (Maria) Franchetti of Marlton, NJ, and a sister Diane Cleaver of Goose Creek, SC. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Garland "Jerry" Willoughby whom she married July 21, 1969 and passed away November 20, 1995, and a brother Richard Franchetti. Family and friends may Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel 1884 North Rd. NE, Warren, Ohio. A service will be Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. at the Funeral Home with Rev. Thomas Eisweirth officiating. Burial will be in Howland Township Cemetery.
