Niles - Chris A. Ayres, 55, of Niles passed away Friday, December 20, 2013 at St. Joseph Health Center E.R. Chris was born January 31, 1958 in Warren, Ohio the son of John and Ethel Mae Ayres. He was a 1976 graduate of Mineral Ridge High School. For the last 4 A½ years has worked at Leo's Restaurant as a mixologist specialist, previously he had worked in the restaurant industry in various positions for 33 years. Chris moved to Niles in 2009 from Ormand Beach Florida where he and Tony lived for 10 years and worked with Adams Cameron Real Estate Co.. He enjoyed NASCAR and their mini dachshund Alex. He is survived by Tony Callahan his life partner for the last 26 years, mother Ethel Mae Ayres of Niles, Father John H. Ayres of Howland, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and everyone at Leo's Restaurant and Adam Cameron and Co.. Family and friends may call Thursday, December 26, 2013 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren. Service will be Thursday following calling hours at 4:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
