Christine Mae Ruschak Elliott, MSN, RN, WHNPBC, 43, of Andover, passed away Wednesday morning December 10, 2014 in Trumbull Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family following a courageous battle with metastatic breast cancer.

Christine was born December 29, 1970 in Warren the daughter of Michael and Mischelaine "Mickey" Ruschak.

She was a 1989 graduate of Mathews High School and furthered her education with a bachelor and master degrees from Kent State University College of Nursing.  Christine was currently employed as the Administrator of the LPN to RN Access Program at Eastern Gateway Community College Valley Center.

She leaves to cherish her wonderful memories, her husband Steven C. Elliott, whom she married on August 13, 1994; her parents Michael and Mickey Ruschak; two daughters Lindsey Mischelaine 18, Courtney Mae 15 and a son Ryan Steven Elliott 12 all of the home; two brothers Eric (Michell) Ruschak and Robert (Eileen) Ruschak; a sister Melissa (Troy) Carrocce; many nieces and nephews and by a host of friends.

Christine was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents; two uncles and three aunts.

Calling hours will take place on Sunday, December 14, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:45 p.m. in the Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home, 727 E. Market St., Warren, Ohio 44482.

A Funeral Service will take place on Sunday, December 14, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions take the form of donations in Christine's name to the Elliott Children College Fund set up at any Huntington Bank location.
