Warren – David J. Childers, 95, of Warren, passed away Thursday, afternoon, October 25, 2018 at University Hospital, Cleveland after an extended illness.

He was born February 16, 1923 in Youngstown, the son of David J. Sr. and Grace (Watson) Childers and was a lifelong area resident.

David was a business owner and salesman throughout the area.

He leaves behind to hold onto his memories his wife the former Marie J. Hudak, three sons James (Carol) Childers of Austintown, Keith (Lynn) Childers of Middlefield and Jeffrey (Sandy) Childers of Boardman, two daughters Meghan (Trent) Kifer of Fowler and Michelle Childers of Austintown along with grandchildren and other family members.

Per David's request private services were held at the Sinchak & Kaszowski Funeral Home.

Burial followed at Lake Park Cemetery, Youngstown.
