Warren - David R. Norris, 76, passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at Shepherd of the Valley in Howland. He was born April 25, 1939, in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of the late Garnet A. and Florence Norris. He was a 1957 graduate of St. Ignatius High School and a 1963 graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Production and Management. David retired in 1992 from Packard Electric / GM as an international sales manager after 30 years. He was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church. He was given an award for helping to set up a joint venture in Mexico and South Korea, and is an Honored Member of Who's Who Worldwide in the 1993/1994 Who's Who Registry of Global Business Leaders. He enjoyed golfing with the Packard Golf League, and was an avid reader and researcher of various topics. He loved living and traveling in Ireland, where he also helped set up an automobile wiring harness plant. He is survived by his wife Marilyn Norris whom he married July 25, 1964, three children Gayle Norris of Cleveland, OH, Kevin (Carolina) Norris of Old Brooklyn, OH, and Jennifer Norris of Dublin, OH, and three grandchildren Alexander, Daphne and Julian Norris. He is preceded in death by his parents. Family and friends may call Friday from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel 1884 North Rd. NE, Warren. A Funeral Service will be Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Sts. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church in Warren with Fr. Simeon B. Sibenik officiating.
