David T. Woodworth Sr., 70, of Warren, passed away unexpectedly Friday, November 11, 2016 at 4:08 a.m. in the emergency room at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.

David was born on July 16, 1946 in Youngstown, the son of the late Victor J. and Mary I. Estes Woodworth.

David was a retired janitor for the SCOPE in Warren.

He is survived by five children Julie A. Reese of Medina, David T. Woodworth Jr. at home, Shelly M. Woodworth of Warren, John A. Woodworth at home and Matthew W. Woodworth of Warren; and one brother.

Besides his parents, David was preceded in death by his wife Helen M. Brook Woodworth; a daughter Mary I Woodworth and a brother.

There will be no services or calling hours observed.

A caring cremation will take place under the professional guidance of the Sinchak & Kaszowski Funeral Home.
