Vienna – Donna Lee Hartman, 94, of Youngstown and formerly of Vienna passed away on Friday morning, May 22, 2026 at Austinwoods Nursing Facility in Youngstown.

Donna Lee was born on October 11, 1931 in Youngstown, OH, a daughter of the late Harold and Inez May (Darling) Woodruff.

Donna Lee was a 1949 graduate of Vienna High School where she was a member of National Honors Society. She was also a plane spotter at Vienna Airport for the United State Air Force Ground Observer Corps.

Donna Lee worked as a secretary for Biggins Furniture and as a secretary to the Vice President of Cortland Banks from where she retired as a loan secretary.

Donna Lee enjoyed crafting, gambling, traveling, bowling, planting flowers and was famous for crocheting kitchen towels. Most of all, she cherished time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Donna Lee will always be remembered by her son, Keith (Tina) Hartman; daughter, Debra Custer; former son-in-law and friend, Grayson Custer; grandchildren, Jason (Tabitha) Custer, Brent (Tara) Hartman and Eric Hartman; great grandchildren, JJ, Gage, Bianca, Logan, Carter, Evan, James and Jackson; sister-in-law, Audrey Lewis and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Donna Lee was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kenneth Duane Hartman, whom she married on June 23, 1952 and who passed on July 17, 1971.

A private burial will be in Vienna Township Cemetery.
