Dorothy R. Kolenich, 87, of Warren, passed away Monday June 30, 2014 at St. Joseph Health Center. Dorothy was born May 6, 1927 in Lorain, Ohio, the daughter of the late Steve and Catherine Karlovchan Fusich. She was a registered nurse and retired from Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Dorothy was a member of St Anne Ukrainian Byzantine Catholic Church in Austintown. Dorothy's husband, Michael Kolenich Jr. is deceased. She is survived by her loving family, son, Stephen E. Kolenich of Warren; three daughters, Catherine A. Moran of Niles, Karan A. Schneider of Niles and Rosemary M. Kolenich of Warren; five brothers, Stevie, John, Joseph, Paul and Michael Fusich, all of Phoenix, Arizona; four sisters, Mary Pasternak of Warren, Theresa Burrows of Oregon, Barbara Borneman of Phoenix, Arizona and Tina Maka of Phoenix, Arizona; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by a son, David M. Kolenich and one sister. A Divine Liturgy will take place Monday July 7 at 11:00 AM at St Anne Ukrainian Byzantine Catholic Church in Austintown. Arrangements were entrusted to Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home.
