MINERAL RIDGE - Elizabeth B. Mitchell, 95, died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011, at Briarfield at the Ridge Care Center.

Elizabeth was born April 19, 1916, in Pittsburgh, the daughter of Andrew and Elizabeth Soloman Gyurek.

Survivors include two daughters, Shirley E. Jervis of Cortland and Lorraine Baun of Arizona; a sister, Bertha Rawl of Maryland; two grandchildren and one great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Mitchell; a son, Charles Edward Simpson; three brothers and two sisters.

Calling hours are 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Sinchak and Sons Funeral Home, Warren.
