WARREN - Emil C. Krempasky, 83, of Warren, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2011, in St. Joseph Health Center.

Emil was born Aug. 2, 1927, in Warren, the son of Daniel and Julia Mikolaj Krempasky.

He served in the United States Army.

Emil worked for the United States government as a postal carrier and heavy equipment operator, retiring in 1980.

Emil is survived by his son, Joseph C. Krempasky of Warren; Emil's girlfriend, Elaine Barber of New Wilmington, Pa.; and many nieces and nephews. His family says Emil will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Emil was preceded in death by five brothers, Daniel, Joseph, Frank, Edward and John Krempasky and three sisters, Margaret Bakich, Irma Spelich and June Pechkurow.

Calling hours will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home. Funeral services are 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery.
