Howland - Frances Bellay, 88, passed away Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Frances was born January 13, 1925 in McIntryre, PA. the daughter of Louis and Rose Testa. Frances retired from Packard Electric as an inspector after 35 years. She was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church. Frances enjoyed playing cards, crafting and cooking. She is survived by her three daughters Yvonne M. Bellay DVM (Andrew Didion) of Jefferson, Wisconsin, Madelyn E. Bellay of Cortland and Patrice A. (James) Valentine of Warren and a sister Madelyn Testa of Warren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Joseph Bellay whom she married April 12, 1947 and passed away November 24, 1998, and five brothers: George, James, Peter, Guido and Louis Testa. Family and friends may call Tuesday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Panachida Service and Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren. A Funeral Service will be Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Sts. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, in Warren with Fr. Kevin Marks officiating. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery Cortland, Ohio.
