Frances (Narog)
Dziak
October 15, 1921 – December 13, 2014
Frances Dziak, 93, of Brookfield, entered peacefully into eternal life at 8:31 a.m. Saturday, December 13, 2014 at her niece's home in Baxter, West Virginia.
Frances was born in Pennsylvania on October 15, 1921, the daughter of Polish immigrants, the late Martin and Jenna (Plachta) Narog.
She was a graduate of Fairview High School in West Virginia. Frances retired from Packard Electric in Warren and was a member of the IUE-CWA Union. She enjoyed gardening, reading and cooking.
A resident of Brookfield since 1969, Mrs. Dziak was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Vienna.
Frances was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt and friend, and she was an incredibly remarkable and inspirational women. She loved to laugh and simply enjoyed life to the fullest.
Frances was married on July 1, 1947 to John Dziak and they were married for 34 years until his passing on June 28, 1982.
She leaves behind to cherish her wonderful memories; her brother, Thomas Narog of Fort Lauderdale, FL; her godchildren Delores (nee Waskis) Woods of North Carolina, Kelley (nee Maden) Price of Bath, and Mary Frances (nee Cunningham) Dawson of Baxter, WV, with whom she made her home with over this past year; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Besides her parents and loving husband, John, Frances was preceded in death by two sisters Mary Waskis and Agnes Cunningham; and four brothers John, Henry, Edward and Arthur Narog.
Calling hours will take place on Friday, December 19, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until 12 Noon at the Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home, 727 E. Market St., Warren, Ohio 44481.
A Christian Burial Service will be offered at 12 Noon Friday, December 19, 2014 in the funeral home with Fr. Frank Zanni, Pastor of St. Thomas the Apostle, officiating.
Burial will follow in Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery in Lordstown.
