Frances Tatania Szenyeri, 95, of Warren, passed away Sunday July 22, 2012 at Shepherd of the Valley in Howland. Frances was born September 4, 1916 in Youngstown, the daughter of Alexander and Anna Korzan Prelepa. She was a member of Sts Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church. Frances enjoyed crossword puzzles and in prior years traveled to Europe and went on cruises with her husband and brother and sister-in-law. Frances husband, John R. Szenyeri Sr., whom she married August 15, 1936, passed away September 4, 2004. Frances leaves her loving family, son, John R.(Linda) Szenyeri Jr of Warren; daughter, Judith A. (Joseph) Stanfar of Warren; three grandchildren, Christina Austin, Jeffrey Austin and Rob Szenyeri; five great-grandchildren, Elias, Hank, Trey and Mae Szenyeri and Kennedy Austin; two step-grandchildren, Anthony (Karen) Stanfar and Michael (Loraine) Stanfar; and three great step-grandchilden, Nina, Mia and Joseph Stanfar. In addition to her husband and parents, Frances was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Michael Prelepa. Calling hours will be Wednesday July 25 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home with a prayer service at 5:45 PM. The Funeral Service will be Thursday July 26 at 9:30 AM at Sts Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church preceded by a 9:00 AM prayer service at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Crown Hill Memorial Park.
