Warren – Frank S. Bellay, 87, passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025 at Concord of Hartford Healthcare.

Frank was born October 20, 1937, in Warren, Ohio the son of Frank and Genevieve (Hreckrowski) Bellay.

He was a 1956 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. Frank retired from the Sparkle Market Champion as the produce manager after 30 years. He previously worked at A&P on Main St.. Frank was a member of St. Mary's & St. Joseph Parish in Warren and the American Legions Post 540. He enjoyed playing slow pitch soft ball for Pushy Bar & Grill for 15 years.

Frank served our Country in the U.S. Army.

Frank will be remembered by his brother James (Lisa) Bellay of Coquille, OR, a sister-in-law Irene Yocum of Howland, a brother-in-law Les (Sandra) Youcum of Arizona, Nephews Chad (Sara) Bellay, Jim (Tammy) Bellay, a niece Tammy (Ken) Pauley, two great nephews Jacob and Trevor Bellay, and three great nieces Jenna and Mckenzie Bellay, and Ashlee Pauley.

Frank is preceded in death by his parents, wife Diana (Yocum) Bellay who passed away July 10, 2020, brother-in-law Ralph "Tom" Yocum, Richard Caraway, and sister-in-law Doris Caraway.

Family and friends may pay their respects to Frank on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from          10 am to 11am at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel 1884 North Rd. NE, Warren, Ohio 44483.

A service will follow the calling hours at 11am at the Funeral Home with Fr. Christopher Cicero presiding.

Burial will be in Pineview Cemetery in Warren.
