Warren – Frank E. "Duke" Bianco, 80, passed away Thursday, November 22, 2018 at his residence.

He was born March 13, 1938, in Niles, Ohio the son of the late Frank and Edith Bianco.

He was a 1956 graduate of Niles High school and where he lettered in Football. He retired 2003 from Packard Delphi as a tool and dye marker in Plant 11. He enjoyed socializing, boating and riding his Harley.

He is survived by his son Rod Bianco of Howland.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Judith Bianco who passed away June 11, 2001, a brother George Bianco, and four sisters Betty Dermer Harker, Edna Shelar, Frances Wolfe, and Peggy Collier.

Per his wishes there will be no calling hours or service.
