Dunedin. Fl. - Gloria Argeras, 89, passed away Sunday, September 14, 2014 at North Pinellas Care Center. She was born May 22, 1925 in Weirton, W. Va. the daughter of the late Zanetos and Maria Papademtriou. Gloria was a member of St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Warren. She enjoyed reading, listening to music and cooking She is survived by her two sons Zane B. (Mary Ann) Argeras of Dunedin, Fl, and Samuel Z. (Terri) Argeras of Cortland, four grandchildren Christina (Dr. Joseph, Jr.) Fonagy, George (Natalie) Argeras, Christos and Vasilia Argeras and four great grandchildren Joe, Francesca, Zane and Zoey. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband George Argeras who passed away November 7, 2011, three brothers James, Tom and Bill Pappas and two sisters Stella Soffos and Erma Chrisopoulos. Family and friends may call Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a Trissagion Service at 6:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren. A Service will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church with Fr. Constantine Valantasis officiating. Burial will be in Pineview Memorial Park in Warren.
