Champion - Gloria M. (Palmer) Dutton, 84, of Champion passed away Sunday December 4, 2016 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Gloria was born in Girard, OH on November 16, 1932 the daughter of Anthony and Mary Palmer. She was a 1950 graduate of Girard High School and was a homemaker and mother for most of her life. Gloria enjoyed playing cards, bingo, going to casinos and her grandchildren's sporting events. Mrs. Dutton leaves behind her children Richard (Suzanne) Dutton of North Jackson, Mary Maguire of Lake Milton, Diane (Frank) Tatarka of Lake Milton, Michael (Mary) Dutton of Liberty, and David (Maria) Dutton of Bristolville; fourteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and by her sisters Priscilla Kordic of Boardman, Josephine Rossi of Niles, and Louise (Frank) Martin of Girard. She was preceded in death by her husband of more than thirty-nine years Dick Dutton whom she married on June 16, 1951 and passed away on November 10, 1990, and by her sister Elizabeth "Liz" DelGenio. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30AM on Wednesday December 7, 2016 at St. William Catholic Church in Champion with Rev. Michael Balash as Pastor.
