Howland - Gramate "Gigi" Macrinos, 82, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Shepherd of Valley in Howland. She was born June 4, 1932, Warren, Ohio the daughter of the late Nicholas and Clara Graham. She was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and also graduated from Cosmetology School and had a Real Estate License. She previously worked at Wal Mart as a Sales Associate for ten years. Gigi was a member St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Warren and St. Nicholas Orthodox Church in Warren. She enjoyed taking cruises, traveling, cooking, and going to casinos. Her home was always open to family and friends. She is survived by her husband John Macrinos of sixty three years, three children Jeannie (James) Andamasaris of Howland, Stephen "Tom" Macrinos of Warren, and Nicholas (Tracey) Macrinos of Howland, seven grandchildren Tom (Heather), Jeannette and John Andamasaris, Elizabeth, John, John "JR" and Stephanie Macrinos, three great grandchildren Malina, Evangelene and Gavin, a brother Andrew "Andy" (Faye) Graham of Howland, a sister Kay Mahinis of Tarpon Springs, FL, and two sister-in-laws Alice Graham of Warren and Karla Graham of Tampa, FL. She is preceded in death by her parents, five brothers Evangelo "Angelo", Michael Sr, Bill "Chico", James and Steve "Owl", a brother-in-law Theo Mahinis, and a sister-in-law Angeline Graham. Family and friends may call Monday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a 5:00 p.m.Trisagion Service at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren and Tuesday from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church. Service will be Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church with Fr. Constantine Valantasis and Fr. Kenneth Bachofsky officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Warren.
