Obituary

Howland - A service will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren with Rev. James P. Walker officiating for Harvey W. Carson, 66, who passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital of Congestive Heart Failure. Harvey was born June 22, 1946 in Warren, Ohio the son of Robert W. Carson and Mary D. Morris. Harvey retired in 2002 from the 910th Youngstown Air Reserve Station in Vienna as the Shop Chief of Fuel Systems Maintenance after 25 years. He retired from US Air Force Reserves and had served in Vietnam. He enjoyed building hot rods and boating. He is survived by his wife Maria Carson whom he married September 11, 1965, a son Rob (Gina) Carson of Cortland and two granddaughters Jonna and Taylor Carson. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Thomas and John Morris. Family and friends may call Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and Monday from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery, Cortland, Ohio with full Military Honors. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
