Cecilia (Wermelskirchen) Fell

Helen C. "Ceil" Fell, 93, of Warren, entered into eternal life on Monday, October 26, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. in Windsor House in Champion under the comfort of hospice.
Helen was born on April 3, 1922, in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of the late Henry J. and Margaret A. (Simpson) Wermelskirchen and came to Warren in 1951
Affectionately known as "Ceil" by her friends, Helen was a licensed beautician for 44 years and for the last 12 of those years she own and operated a Salon out of her home. She was a member of the former Christ Our King Catholic Church in Warren, where she served as organist and Music Director for over 40 years and was a member of the Altar & Rosary Society. Helen had a passion for playing organ and piano. After retiring from Christ Ou r King, H elen played organ part time in many area churches including SS. Cyril & Methodius Church and St. James Catholic Church in Warren. After the closure of Christ Our King Catholic Church, Helen attended St. James Catholic Church in Warren.
Helen is survived by six children Harry J. (Carol) Fell of Warren Twp., Thomas M. Fell of Warren Twp., James C. (Marilyn) Fell of Warren, Mary R. Kuhn of Taylor, MI, Jeanne M. Baker of Howland and Susan E. "Susie" Dobson of Howland; thirteen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Helen was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law Darlene Fell and a sister H. Virginia Fisher.
Calling hours will take place on Saturday, October 31, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home.
A Mass of Christian Burial with Fr. John Lody officiating, will be offered at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 31, 2015 in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish-SS. Cyril & Methodius Church, preceded by closing prayers to be recited at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home prior in leaving for the church.
Entombment will follow in All Souls Cemetery in Cortland.
The family suggests that memorial contributions take the form of donations in Helen's name to Crossroads Hospice, 3743 Boettler Oaks Drive Suite E, Green, OH 44685.
