Howland - Helen T. Deehr 86, passed away Sunday, September 15, 2013 at Cortland Healthcare center. Helen was born October 15, 1926 in Warren, Ohio the daughter of William and Pearl Mullee. She was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. Helen retired as a Howland School Bus Driver after 17 years. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church, and the environmental Committee of the Church. Helen enjoyed swimming, quilting, flowers and gardening. She is survived by her four children Mark A. Deehr of Howland, Gail Lytle of Gainesville, FL., Darlene (Sam) Argeras of Warren and Capt. John (Kem) Deehr U.S.N. of San Diego, CA., Nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Adelbert G. "Bud" Deehr whom she married January 8, 1949 and passed away November 7, 2009, two brothers Paul and Cyril "Cy" Mullee and two sisters Dorothy Jones, and Ann Wood. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church in Warren with Rev. Thomas Eiseweirth officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Warren, Ohio. In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be made to Alzheimer's Association Greater East Ohio Chapter 3695 Boardman Canfield Rd. Canfield, Ohio 44406.
