Howland - Helen H. Frasca, 92, passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. She was born July 11, 1922, in Wellsburg, WV., the daughter of the late Ott and Lula Likins. Helen retired from Taylor Winfield as a secretary. Previously she had been the treasure for the Trumbull County Girl Scouts and a seamstress. She was a member of Living Lord Lutheran Church. Helen enjoyed sewing, dancing and singing. She is survived by her husband Anthony "Tony" Frasca and two grandsons. She is preceded in death by her parents, first husband Walter Coe, second husband Patrick Zuzolo and son Wayne Coe. Family and friends may call Friday from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren . A Memorial Service will be Monday, December 29, at 11:00 a.m. at Living Lord Lutheran Church 851 Niles Cortland Rd. Warren with Rev.
