Isabelle Jane Petrulak, 88, of Warren, passed away at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Windsor House in Champion.

Mrs. Petrulak was born on September 13, 1924 in Warren the daughter of the late Orlo and Mabel Koebel Parker and retired from Ohio Lamp.

She was preceded in death on September 27, 1975 by her husband John Petrulak Sr., whom she married on March 6, 1942.

Mrs. Petrulak is survived by a daughter Penny D. (Leonard) Starkey of Warren and two grandchildren.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son John Petrulak Jr.

Calling hours will take place on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 from 9 until 10 a.m. in the Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home, where a funeral service will immediately follow at 10 a.m.

Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery in West Farmington.
