Janet M. Capak's Obituary
Janet Marie Capak, 65, formerly of Warren, died Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2012, at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
Janet was born Feb. 25, 1946, in Warren, the daughter of Elmer and Maria Bizilo Capak.
She was a licensed practical nurse and retired from the Youngstown Hospital Association.
Janet is survived by a brother, Gerald T. Capak of Vero Beach, and a sister, Marilyn C. Catterson, also of Vero Beach.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
There are no calling hours. Service will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at SS. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church. Burial will be at All Souls Cemetery.
