John E. Balogh's Obituary
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - John E. Balogh, 101, died Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2010, at his residence.
He was born April 1, 1909, in Fairmont, W.Va., the son of John E. and Mary Nagy Balogh.
He worked for McDonald Steel Co. and was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, Warren.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara J. Slyk Balogh; a son, Richard of California; a daughter, Sally White of Cortland; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.
Calling hours will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home, Warren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery.
