Obituary

Bazetta - Joseph E. Dvorchak, 97, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2015 with his family by his side. He was born August 12, 1918, in Uniontown, Pa, the son of the late Michael and Anna Dvorchak. He retired from Packard Electric as a machine repairman. He was a member of St. Mary's Church he was also a member of the American Legion Post. He enjoyed fishing, fixing computers, was an avid NASCAR fan and fixer man. Joseph served our country in the U. S. Navy WWII aviation machinist mate 1st class USS Air Craft Carrier Bairoko . He is survived by his daughter Annette (Scott) Presley of Richardson, Tx, grandson Dr. Christopher (Dr. Amy Trace) Ward, and two great grandchildren Arielle and Rhianna. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Veronica "Verna" Dvorchak whom he married September 28, 1946 and passed away June 15, 2007, five brothers Paul, Michael, Steven, Martin and Edward Dvorchak, and three sisters Ann Hudock, Mary and Margaret Dvorchak. Family and friends may call Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00 to 10:30 at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel 1884 North Rd. NE Warren, Ohio. Service will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Funeral Home with Rev. John Lody officiating. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Bazetta. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Joseph's name to the Blessed Sacrament Church Relay for Life 3020 Reeves Rd. NE, Warren, Ohio 44483.
