Johnstown, NY. - Joseph J. Natural, 88, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2014 at his residence. Joseph was born September 5, 1925 in Warren, Ohio the son of Peter and Lena Natural. He was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. He moved to Gloversville / Johnstown area in 1976. He retired from Van Huffle Tube in Warren and Coleco Industries in NY. As a machinist and had been the Plant Manager. Joseph was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish (St. Cyril & Methodius Church). He enjoyed gardening, growing flowers, bowling and golfing. Joseph served in U.S. Navy in WW-II. He is survived by his five children James (Alison) Natural of Ohiopyle, PA, Cathy Marrie of Warren, OH, Lynn (Jeff) Holland of Johnstown, NY, Elaine Klena of Gloversville, NY, and Jean (Mike) Sweetman of Fonda, NY., eight grandchildren Chris (Jennifer) Marrie, Meghan (Dan) Schenek Latham, Jay & Katy Holland, Erin & Ryan Sweetman, Mark & Kim Natural, two great grandchildren Emily and Aidan, a brother Angelo A. Natural of Howland, and two sisters Dolores (Thomas) Carroll of Howard and Claudia Valimont of Warren. He is preceded in death his parents and his wife Martha J. Natural whom he married June 25, 1949 and passed away November 14, 2010. Family and friends may call Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish (St. James Church). A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish (St. James Church) with Rev. John R. Lody officiating. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Bazetta with Military Honors.
