Mineral Ridge - Joyce Stafford, 70, passed away February 24, 2015 at the Cleveland Clinic. She was born October 13, 1944 in Warren, Ohio the daughter of the late Harold L. and Mary S. Difford. Joyce retired from Packard Electric as a relief person on the line after 20 years. She is survived by her son Rob Stafford of Canonsburg, PA, Debbie (Bill) Barna of Howland and Michelle Stafford of Akron, nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and a sister Rebecca Potter of Wichita, KA. She is preceded in death by her parents, a son Don Stafford, two brothers and one sister. Family and friends may call Saturday from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren. A Service will be Saturday at 4:30 at the Funeral Home with Rev.
