Austintown - Lawrence P. Sebben, 86, passed away Thursday, August 25, 2016 at his residence. He was born in Warren, Ohio, on March 30, 1930 the son of the late Angelo Sr. and Maria Sebben. He was a 1947 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and a 1953 graduate from Ohio University with Bachelor's Degree in Business. He retired from Choice Point in Youngstown Ohio in 1991 as field inspector after 35 years. Lawrence was a member of St. Mary's Church in Warren, He enjoyed bowling, golfing, and traveling. Lawrence served our country in the U.S. Army from 1947 to 1949. He survived by his children Edward J. Sebben of McDonald, Larry M. (Lorraine) Sebben and Debra A. Griffing both of Austintown, four grandchildren Phillip Sebben, Kelly (Adam) Brown, Jennifer (Alex) Taylor and Stefanie (Devin) McNeilly, a great grandson Nolan McNeilly, and a sister Ida Fabrizio of Sacramento, CA. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Betty Sebben who he married May 22, 1954 and passed away, three brothers Paul Sr., Miles and Angelo Jr. Sebben, and two sisters Emily Guerra and Ann Sandy. Family and friends may call Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and Monday from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel 1884 North Rd. NE Warren, Ohio 44483. A service will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the Funeral Home with Rev. Bernard Schmalzried officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Warren.
