Leonard J. Ondrejko, 85, died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren.

He was born Nov. 5, 1926, in Mount Pleasant, Pa., the son of John and Veronica Grunick Ondrejko.

Leonard served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and later retired from the State of Ohio Department of Transportation. He was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife, Alice S. Zackeroff Ondrejko; four sons, Martin G. of Warren, Daniel L. of Somis, Calif., James J. of Glendale, Calif., and Joseph M. Ondrejko of Thousand Oaks, Calif.; a sister, Virginia Voytek of Cortland; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by five brothers and five sisters.

Calling hours will be from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Sinchak and Sons Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at SS. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, preceded by a 9:30 a.m. prayer service at the funeral home.
