Alabama - There will be a funeral service on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 2860 East Market St., Warren with Pastor Ann Marie Winters officiating, preceded by a 1:30 pm prayer service held at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel for Linda J. Capak-Ciecerko, 59, passed away early Thursday morning, March 21, 2013 with her loving family by her side after a courageous battle with cancer. Linda will always be remembered and loved by her family and friends. She was born December 25, 1953 in Warren, Ohio the daughter of Robert J. Avis J. (Skinner)Capak and lived most of her life in the Warren area until moving with her daughter in June of 2012. Linda was a 1972 Howland High School and earned an associates degree from the Trumbull Business College and devoted her life to the medical field working as an office manager for Vascular and Thoracic Surgeons. She enjoyed scrapbooking, traveling, photography, gardening and loved her dogs. She is survived by her father Robert J. Capak, three children Stephanie (Kirk) Groves of Prattville, AL., Shelley (Michael) Cordle of Newton Falls, OH., and Justin Ciecerko of Arizona, six grandchildren Cierra Gabrielson, Hunter Groves, Antonio Ciecerko, Christian Groves, Olivia Ciecerko, and Andrew Culver and two step grandchildren Miranda Cordle and Steven Cordle. She was preceded in death by her mother Avis J. Capak. Family and friends may call Monday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren.
