Warren - Louise "Weesie" Ratliff, 94, passed away Monday, October 31, 2016 at Gillette Nursing Home. She was born April 12, 1922 in Gustavus, Ohio the daughter of the late Mervin and Viola Lowe. Louise was co-owner with her husband Harlan of Friendly Tavern in Cortland for 15years. She enjoyed gardening, boating, and traveling in her motor home. Louise served in the Army, Air Corp in WW II. She is survived by her children Judson (Robert Blanck) Ratliff of Harvard, MA, Sue (Hayden) Misik of Howland and Harlan (Beth) Ratliff Jr. of Pittsburgh, PA, four grandchildren Heather and Mark (Heather) Misik, James (Sara) Wadsworth and Kristy (Craig) Shafer, and seven great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband Harlan Ratliff. Family and friends may call Friday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel 1884 North Rd. NE, Warren, Ohio 44483. A service will be Friday at 2:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Devadan officiating. Entombment will be in Crown Hill Burial Park, in Vienna.
