Margaret R. Spirko, 82, of Warren, entered into eternal rest peacefully Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at 10:50 a.m. at Community Commons Assisted Living in Warren.

Margaret was born on April 20, 1933 in Warren the daughter of the late Steven M. and Katherine (Solc) Bednarik Sr. and was a lifelong area resident.

A graduate of Mineral Ridge High School, Margaret was a homemaker and a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish-SS. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church in Warren.

She enjoyed listening to polka music and the challenges of doing puzzle books.  Most of all, Margaret enjoyed her family.

Margaret was untied in marriage to Miller W. Pawcio on July 21, 1952 and they were married for 12 years until his passing on August 22, 1964; Margaret then married Robert Spirko in 1971 and he precedes her in death.

Margaret was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend and will be sadly missed by all.  She is survived by six children Patricia (Gary) Hutt of Warren; Thomas (Carol) Pawcio of Warren; Michael (Debbie) Pawcio of Warren; Linda Thomas of Bristol, IN; Ronald (Laura) Spirko of Warren and Gregory (Caitlyn) Spirko of Wisconsin; fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Margaret is also survived by her siblings, John J. Bednarik of Bristolville; Mary Ann Odom of Austintown; Helen Siska of Golf Breeze, Fl; and Ann Harrison of Louisville, KY.

Calling hours will take at the Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home on Friday, July 24, 2015 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.

Services will begin on Saturday, July 25, 2015 with closing prayers to be recited at 9:20 a.m. in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be offered at 10:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish-SS. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church with Fr. James P. Walker officiating.  Burial will follow in SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery in Lordstown.

As a sign of sympathy and condolence the family suggests that memorial contributions take the form of donations in Margaret's name to the Heritage Fund at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, 185 Laird Ave NE, Warren, Ohio 44483.
