Mary Ann Cheredar, 94, of Niles, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2013 in the emergency room of Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren.

She was born on October 8, 1919 in East Brady, Pennsylvania and was the daughter of the late George and Lucy Yovich.

Mary Ann was retired from the Champion School System.

She is survived by her son Gene Cheredar of Champion; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Besides her parents, Mary Ann was preceded in death by her husband Jack Cheredar on April 12, 1980 and two brothers and a sister.

Private Services were held with burial in All Souls Cemetery in Cortland.
