Mary Ann Kascsak, 95, of Warren, passed away Friday, June 1, 2012, in Windsor House in Champion with her family by her side.

Mary was born Jan. 31, 1917, in Pittsburgh, the daughter of Paul and Mary Semancik Gayan.

Mary enjoyed crocheting and making crafts. Her greatest joy was taking care of her family.

Mary leaves her loving family, four sons, George R. (Dona Marie) Kascsak of Lordstown, David Kascsak of Warren, John (Barbara) Kascsak of Champion and Robert (Kim) Kascsak of Niles; three daughters, Loretta (Randy) Welday of Vienna, Rosemarie (Fred) Tolson of Niles and Diane Kascsak of Warren; two sisters, Julie Bates of Canton and Ann Firment of Warren; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mary was preceded in death by her ex-husband, George D. Kascsak; two sons, Stephen and Raymond Kascsak; a daughter, Mary Elizabeth Kascsak; a grandson, Brian Kascsak; three daughters-in-law, Vicky, Susan and Robin Kascsak; a brother, Mike Gayan; and three sisters, Margaret Phillips, Helen Holod and Elizabeth Ann Rinzella.

Calling hours will be from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home, with the funeral service following at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, material tributes may be made to the activity department of Windsor House in Champion.
