Mary Kurilla, 94, of Warren, passed away at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at Gillette Nursing Home in Warren.

Mary was born on January 14, 1919 in Ralph, PA, the daughter of the late John and Mary Zuschick Kline.

Mary was a member of St. Mary's Church in Warren.

Mary was married on June 28, 1941 to John J. Kurilla and he preceded her in death on September 15, 1967.

Mary is survived by a son Joseph E. (Linda) Kurilla Sr of Cortland; a sister, Ann Wozniak of Sharpsville, PA; and two grandsons Joseph E. Kurilla Jr of Wesley Chapel, Fl and James Kurilla of Cortland.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mary was preceded in death by a brother, Mike Kline and three sisters, Helen Sweda, Verna Dvorchak and Marge Cimperman.

Calling hours will take place on Thursday May 9 (TODAY) from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:00 a.m. Friday with Fr. Bernard R. Schmalzried officiating in St. Mary's Church, preceded by closing prayers to be held at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home.

Burial will follow in All Souls Cemetery in Cortland.
